A: I did the same quirk but the charger turned it back on. It's probably fried. Sucks considering how much money those things cost. I'd look for a Euphemistic pre-owned one.
As in so I could tug and drop files into its memory from a My Computer folder, I don't like using the Zune software. In my opinion it's too bulky and uses too much RAM.

A: I've wanted that for awhile too, but there is no way to do it. You have to use the software, unfortunately, even though it does use a lot of RAM.
